Enjoy “Camping at Wanake” again! Continue the 60th celebration. Plan your week as a group, choosing traditional camp activities and adult-oriented activities. There are provisions for both physically and non-physically demanding schedules/activities. Begins Sunday afternoon (you may stay on after the 60th Celebration) and ends Wednesday afternoon. Camp for Adults
WOW!
What a camp adventure! It was a time of remembering, growth, re-growth,
renewal, beauty in nature, and wonderful singing! The initial campfire
and sharing that took place our first night was where the bonding really
began. H-Hours were great times to relax, talk, share, and sleep, if need
be. They were probably pretty necessary, because we certainly didn't adhere
to any lights-out time. The talking went on through the night and sometimes
into the morning. Service 
projects
happened and these were "worth-giving," an important part of
our renewal/life review. There was nothing that said that they had to
happen, but WE needed to do them. Ice cream making was a joy. Being so
accepted by the new staff was such a positive---- to feel appreciated
and that we still have talent to give--- as well as seeing that the current
direction of the camp was good for Wanake. Much of our camp was musically
praising God. Sharing life stories--- our personal journeys thus far---
was perhaps one of the best parts of camp. Come join us this summer for
Boomer and Seasoned Citizens Camp. We’ll save you a bed!
