Wooster Rotary Scholarships
Wooster Rotary will award 13 scholarships in the spring of 2003 to deserving Wooster High School students. This process is important to the mission of the organization. The scholarships to be awarded are:
The primary criterion for the Lee Culp, Sam Shapiro and Rotary scholarships is financial need. However, other criteria such as overall academic performance, personal character, and leadership potential are part of the decision making process.
The involvement of the student in community service activities along with the above stated criteria form the basis for selection for the Leroy and Helen Adams scholarship.
The deadline for submission of Wooster Rotary Club scholarship applications is March 19th, 2003. Applications are available in the Wooster High School counseling office.
