Here is my weekly update:

Not too much this week.

Monday and Tuesday were normal school days. Wednesday I finished school at noon, so I walked downtown and searched for shorts for gym. Couldn’t find any. Then I returned with my host father at 6, but we made a stop at the hospital. His mother is ill -- kind like my great-grandfather. Then Thursday, I went to the Rotary meeting and of course ate the good food. I was told, that day, that I was giving a small speech in French {i hate giving speeches lol.} But it was all good as my friends helped out real fast. Then Albert, my counselor, checked it and added me getting lost in Eupen! He also told us about a French class in town -- free for the Rotary students. So after school we all met up and went. It was really nice because it was just the few Rotary students and all. It was Samira, Claudia, another girl (but I don't remember her name), Jordan, Izza, Jen, and Lauren. So it was fun for us and the teacher is awesome. We all said what we wanted to learn and what were having the most trouble with and he said that he is up for helping us. That is cool. And he is up for helping us with homework too, lol, which isn't really that hard. So Samira and I are abnormal exchange students. We go to school every day, which is good for us because our French is better than some, and we have lots of friends. At the French school, the other exchange students were talking about how no one talked to them and how they hate school, but its so opposite for Samira and me. I’m not saying I love school or anything, but its not that I hate it. It’s just school.

Then this morning I got really sick, so I didn't go to school. I have a fever and I can’t get warm, no matter what. My host parents keep asking me if I need a doctor and my answer is always no, lol. So I think that that's it for now...

Sincerely Tracey
