Ok, so an update!

This past weekend I went and spent it time with Jess...our Jess from Dalton. It was so cool to see her and to party with her and just be true hillbillies, lol. And to speak our broken English and then talk about all the stupid things we did back home (20 minutes from each other, lol) And in two weeks Gabby Sebben, I don’t know if you remember her, is coming from France for the weekend.

This weekend, well Thursday and Friday, I’m going on a retreat with my school. It’s kind of like outdoor ed but for high school seniors, lol, but I’m looking forward to it. And the third weekend Jessica and I are going to Sego's!!! So - the three of us together.

I have just recently changed families also. I like my family, of course - it’s me, but the three of us (Samira, Claudia and me) are adjusting. And for New Years, I went with a few friends from school and just had some belge fun, lol. We went dancing and it was cool.

Christmas was a little different but it was awesome. I got to speak English because the cousins of my family came from England and we did diner at my aunt’s house the day before Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve everyone came to our house and it was the second time that I had cried. Idiot me got online with Mom, lol, but afterward it was ok. My host family of course cheered me up and to explain their Christmas Eve, lol. We had the apperitive (sorry cant remember how to spell some things sometimes) lol, but then around nine or so we had dinner, which of course, was good. Chantal always cooks something really good and then at midnight we listened to a Christmas song and said Merry Christmas to everyone and then opened gifts. My host family got me a beautiful bracelet, bath and body stuff, and a new top. My host dad, (lol, cause of my accident and my hand has bad circulation) got me hand warmers because my hands are always cold. So my Christmas was totally awesome. Then, Christmas day we all slept in all day almost, lol. JP did a bike ride, and then the kids went and saw Happy Feet at the movie theaters. Nothing’s ever open back home, lol.

So my family now (I changed on 7th of Janvier) is pretty cool too. I've never had an older sister before. She’s 21 (and actually ask to borrow my clothes, lol.) She's going to school for journalism. And I have a younger brother, 14 or so, and my mom is an assistant to some place. My dad works for the train station electrique or something like that.

And, well, I just got my plane tickets. I’m really sad, but at the same time will really be happy to see everyone again. But you make friends here that are memories forever.

I can't update my photos or anything right now. I can’t hook my computer up like I did at my first host family so it will be a while before more pictures.

always
