I am getting ready to change families again. Which means I am closer to town (right now I ride the bus 20 minutes to get to school.) I also really like the family I am with now, so moving will be hard.

Not much exciting has happened recently. The weather had been cold but it now snows less and it got warm enough to snow/rained a little. It melts in the day and freezes at night!

We had spring break this week. I don’t know why they called it spring - there aren’t any signs of spring here! =) As I said, I change families again sometime in the middle of March. I have met my next host mom and she is really nice. I go play basketball with her on Tuesdays. I’m very glad to be playing basketball again!

In recent local news, the government tried to take away unemployment benefits from the gypsies and they became lawless - breaking into grocery stores and such. It was all over the news for a week. From what I understand the government gave them back benefits and now things have been quiet. But there have been soldiers driving around our village all week. It has been interesting hearing people talk about it.
