Alan Parnacott
Alan has been involved in Little League Baseball for over 20 years.  With experience
as a coach, manager, umpire, player agent, league President, and Assistant District
Administrator, Alan now holds the position of the District Administrator.

Valerie Parnacott
Valerie has been involved in Little League for 18 years.  Her experience includes coaching ,
league treasurer, umpire-in-chief, player agent, district administrator.  She currently is
an Assistant District Administrator as well as being the District 4 secretary/treasurer.

Glen Swaldo
Glen is currently the Assistant District Administrator for the junior, senior, and big
league boys programs for District 4.  In addition to being a senior league team coach,
he is also a memberon the Tuscarawas County Little League Board of Directors.

Joni Midcap
Joni is the Assistant District Administrator for the minor, little, and senior league girls'
softball programs in District 4 and is the current president of Fairless Little League.

Gary Giammarco
Gary holds the position of Assistant District Administrator in charge of our
"Hometown All-stars" which is a district-wide program for our youth ages 9 through 12
that are not involved in the Williamsport International All-star tournament.

Bonnie McClellan
Bonnie is a special Assistant District Administrator.  She is the extra-caring coordinator
of the Challenger Division. This special division of the Little League program
is for the mentally and physically challenged children of the district.

Terry WinkhartTerry is the District Safety Officer and presides over the ASAP (A Safety Awareness Program)
for the  district. He is responsible for working with the local leagues'
safety officer to ensure that each facility meets ASAP standards.

John BradleyJohn is the District 4 Umpire Consultant.  He is also the current president
of Sandy Valley Little League.
