What you should know before linking through these sites:

Submitting to FFA (free for all) pages does create loads of email, so if this is a problem for you, do not use the FFA links. I have found that the free for all sites do not really offer many hits anyway. If you want to get the most exposure, though, you really should link to everywhere. As far as the email goes, after two or so days the email will die down considerably. Email is as big a part of being in an e-business, so get used to it!
