Dan Conwell (acoustic bass)
Dan attended Capital University and Bowling Green State University. He has played in orchestras in Ashland, Mansfield, and is currently Principal Bass in the Wooster Symphony. He has also played big band jazz, and for contradances and Irish dances. His bass teachers include John Allen, John McComb, and Dr. Mark Morton of the Columbus Symphony. Dan and his wife live in Wayne County, and have two boys in the Northwestern School bands. He works at the J.M. Smucker Co. in Product Development.
